.we will offer our customers a credit note if in the event the goods are faulty due to
a manufacturing defect. in the event of a breakage due to a manufacturing fault we will endeavor to have the piece repaired or replaced as
soon as possible after having received it back within 7 days from the date you receive it.
The purchase should be sent back in exactly the same condition as when you first received it . It must show no sign of wear and include the
original presentation box. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure packaging is adequate to protect the piece and presentation box
against any damage in transit. We will not accept any damaged goods returned to us for refunds, unless by prior consent. Claims against couriers
for goods damaged in transit will remain the responsibility of the sender.
In an effort to get products to the customer in the quickest time possible, products are dispatched for delivery automatically with the issuing
of the order confirmation e mail. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on products after the customer has received the e mail confirmation
of the purchase as the product will have already been dispatched for delivery."
